I wasn’t really expecting it that quickly, but it showed up in just two days.

I like the machine itself, but dealing with customer service was frustrating. It took forever to get a reply, and then they kept asking me for the same details over and over again. Like, didn’t I already send that?? The issue did get fixed in the end, but the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be.

I’ve been using the coffee machine almost every day for months now, and so far I keep thinking, yep, still doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. It feels sturdy, it hasn’t acted up, and I haven’t had any weird issues with it. Delivery did take a little longer than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying at the time, but not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things. Overall, I’m happy with it. I’m giving it 4 stars because, well, nothing’s perfect and there’s always something that could be a bit better.

The grinder works really well. The grind comes out nice and consistent, which is apparently what a grinder is supposed to do, shocking, I know. No complaints so far.

The thing I appreciate most is that the temperature stays steady, my coffee isn’t piping hot one morning and weirdly lukewarm the next, which used to drive me nuts. That said, a few parts feel cheaper than I expected for the price, especially the drip tray and the buttons. After a few months, it also started making a slight rattling noise. It still works fine, but I can’t help wondering if they maybe saved money on some of the materials, because it just doesn’t feel as solid as I thought it would

I bought this from delonghi.com mostly because I liked the way it looked online, it looks even better in person. The shape is really clean, the finish is nice, and it doesn’t take over the whole counter, which I appreciate.

It just makes my kitchen feel a little more put together without looking like I tried too hard. The buttons and small details look neat too. Okay, sudden shift: I’m way more excited about a kitchen appliance than I expected to be. Very happy with the design

I really wanted to like this milk frother, and it’s not like I was expecting café-level foam or anything, but the results were disappointing. The foam comes out thin, and it disappears really quickly. Maybe it works better with certain types of milk, but based on my experience, it just didn’t hold up.

It works fine, I guess, but cleaning it after every single use takes way longer than it should. Nothing like spending more time scrubbing than actually using the thing
